Dragon Products Delivery Information


Dragon Products offers delivery via Royal Mail, Evri or APC Courier and we aim to dispatch all webshop orders within 2-3 working days of the order being placed with us (not applicable to all orders). Where a part is not available in our own warehouse we do also offer direct delivery from some of our partnered manufacturers.   

Due to a significant increase in our current work loads we are only shipping out on a Tuesday's and Thursday's.

All UK mainland customers should expect to receive their orders no longer than 5 working days after their order is placed. If your goods have not been received after 6 working days, please email Sales@Dragonproducts.co.uk and we will investigate further.

Items we hold in stock are available to be dispatched from ourDragon Products warehouse here in North Wales. Whilst we hold a high level of stock in our Caernarfon based warehouse, due to the vast range of items available through our website it is not possible for all stock to be held in a single location. Therefore, our items in stock might be held in various warehouses located within the United Kingdom

If numerous orders are placed day after day during the same week to the same delivery address, assuming your previous orders have not left us, it is likely that we will create one large consignment and ship all the items together to you. This will help keep both our delivery carbon footprint is kept to a minimum.
Delivery and Issues
When you receive your order from the delivery company you will be asked for a signature to confirm the goods have been received in good condition. To comply with PayPal and the Credit card companies terms, a signature is required for the delivery. If there are any damages, please sign for as damaged with your courier before he leaves. If you have a problem with your order once it’s been delivered, please advise ourDragon Productssales team at sales@DragonProducts.co.uk quoting your order number and problem, we will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Items out of stock or Pre-order items.
If the product is not in stock it may take longer to dispatch. Where products are out of stock, we will show them as either out of stock or as a pre-order part with an expected delivery date, so you can place the order and pre-order them. If you order several Dragon Products parts and some were on pre-order, we will hold the complete delivery until the pre-order items come in to stock. If you want to get a split delivery you will need to place 2 separate orders, one with the items in stock and one with the pre-order items.
Don't forget if you are able to select free delivery ( we hold free delivery offers throughout the year ) , once a pre-order item arrives it will take 2 to 3 days extra to get to you from the date of order.
Courier and Delivery Instructions.
We are unable to provide any courier instructions on the delivery label beyond your delivery address, your phone number and your email address. Once the goods have left us, we cannot confirm that the delivery company driver will contact you via the label provided phone number. To comply with PayPal and the Credit card companies conditions, a signature is required for the delivery meaning that delivery drivers will not leave packages in a “safe space”.
Some worthwhile points to remember
  • We aim to dispatch all webshop orders within 2-3 working days of the order being placed (not applicable to all orders), we do also offer direct delivery from some of our partnered manufacturers.
  • All courier deliveries are shipped on a working day basis and do not include weekend deliveries.
  • If you order an item for delivery by Courier or by recorded delivery, please make sure someone is in all day on the day of arrival (8am till 6pm) as these items need to be signed for. If the delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card and you must contact them promptly to arrange re-delivery otherwise the items will be returned to us and any costs incurred by the courier will be charged to you. It will also cost you again to have the goods shipped out. (courier and payment company requirements, not ours sorry - to comply with PayPal and the Credit Card companies terms and conditions a signature is required for the delivery).
  • We cannot provide specific delivery instructions outside of including your phone number on the product label.
  • We can not refund any delivery charges made for goods to yourselves if you return the item for a refund or credit.
